Jennifer Arriaga
With over 28 years of experience in real estate, homebuilding and remodeling, Jennifer Arriaga understands her clients’ needs and provides a turnkey approach to real estate. Jennifer has the experience to offer her clients a full-service approach including finding the right home or property, painting a vision of a home’s potential, selling homes luxury homes in addition to homes in need of updating and/or repairs, and evaluating whether or not a property is a good investment. Jennifer’s experience is appreciated by her listing clientele as she is extremely knowledgeable in assessing market value, what it will take to sell the house and negotiating the most beneficial contract from start to closing. In new home construction, she helps her clients through the land purchase, home design and the building process providing valuable feedback along the way.

Jennifer is a Broker and the principal of Arriaga Realty LLC, specializing in luxury homes. She is also committed to helping other Agents grow their business and to educating them through her experience. Born and raised in Houston, Jennifer moved a way for only two years of college before returning to the University of Houston to earn her bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She started her career in Houston with an advertising agency specializing in real estate. Jennifer worked with Sunrise Colony Company for the startup of Royal Oaks Country Club in 1999 as Director of Marketing. After a few years, she transitioned to working for builders and developers before starting her own company with her husband. Jennifer has been a licensed real estate agent since 2006 and a licensed broker since 2022.
Jennifer also formerly served on the Board of Directors and as an Executive Committee Member of the Greater Houston Builders Association. She served as the Public Relations Chairman for the Texas Association of Builders, and a Board Member for the National Association of Builders. In addition, Jennifer was President of Custom Builder Council, and she was awarded 2008/2009 Custom Builder of the Year by the Greater Houston Builders Association.
Jennifer is married and the mom of two girls one who has graduated college and one who is a senior in college. When she is not working, she enjoys the outdoors, visiting her senior at Ole Miss, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.
