Jennifer Arriaga

In 1996, Jennifer Arriaga, Broker and Founder of Arriaga Realty, started working for an advertising agency that specialized in Real Estate and Development nationally, and she immediately knew the real estate industry was her calling. For the next 5 years, Jennifer worked with homebuilders and developers learning the ropes and the ins and outs of the industry specializing in marketing, sales, development, design and operations. In 2000, Anthony and Jennifer Arriaga opened Abby Custom Homes while Jennifer Arriaga was still consulting for homebuilders and a country club community developer. At that point, Jennifer was selling quite a few homes and involved in the speculative home market, so she decided to obtain her real estate license.

Arriaga Realty provides a unique turnkey real estate solution for its listings and its buyers. Arriaga Realty is a small boutique firm focusing on the quality of service provided to its clients. Jennifer spends time with each team member teaching her turnkey approach. The ability to tour a property and have a vision of what is possibly structurally or cosmetically and provide quick pricing is unique in the industry. Arriaga Realty is well versed in contracts, negotiation practices, and true market value. We have in house design and remodeling services available as well with years of references and repeat clientele.
